Born in 1974 and raised in Southern California, I was a successful and accomplished C-Level Fortune 200 businessperson and board member in the Technology sector living in Manhattan; an angry, impatient, and frustrated one.

I was a self-made two-percenter, but something was always lacking. In spite of my intelligence and hard work, and despite my professional achievements and financial success, I suffered on the inside as a result of my unruly mind and my self-defeating approaches to other people and to my problems.

I spent years working with other professionals trying to overcome the behaviours, habits, and thoughts that got in the way of my happiness, but their methods and perspectives just didn't work for me. So, I found a better way — a mindful and introspective approach to personal growth and development that offered genuine and measurable results. I became calmer, kinder, and happier — I stopped rubbing people the wrong way; and then I became someone who experienced unbridled professional success, emotional resilience, and unshakeable happiness despite living in an increasingly angrier and more divided world; and now, I guide people in recognising and overcoming the personal obstacles that get in the way of their success and happiness.
