​Unlike traditional methods, RRT transforms the subconscious mind's information processing, ensuring natural, automatic, and enduring improvements.

RRT works by accessing and reframing deep-seated emotions and unresolved memories stored in the subconscious mind, the subconscious patterns of thinking that cause and perpetuate emotional and psychological pain.  By identifying and resolving these subconscious issues, RRT enables individuals to experience immediate and lasting relief.

​During our session, I will skilfully guide you through relaxation techniques, often involving guided imagery. In this relaxed state, we can effectively communicate with the subconscious mind, helping you to fundamentally reframe the negative thought patterns and emotional responses that continue to cause you trauma, pain, suffering, and grief.

Rapid Resolution Therapy & Modern Neuroscience Agree


Neuroscientist Joseph LeDoux, the world's foremost authority on the neurobiology of anxiety and fear, has extensively studied the mechanisms of memory formation and reformation in the brain, offering insights into how our minds process and store experiences. According to LeDoux, when memories are initially formed, they are encoded with emotional content that is often tied to the specific circumstances in which they were created, and it is these emotional associations that cause distress when recalling troubling memories.

RRT leverages these neuroscientific principles to help people reprocess their memories in a way that significantly diminishes or even completely eliminates their emotional impact. RRT utilises specific techniques to cue the brain into re-evaluating and restructuring these memories. Through the RRT process, memories are effectively shifted into long-term storage, but crucially, they are stripped of their intense emotional and negative associations.

RRT encourages the brain to rewire itself, thereby altering the way memories are stored and retrieved, resolving the impact of traumatic or troubling memories effectively and sustainably.​

This therapeutic approach means that while individuals can still recall the events, the associated emotional impact is significantly attenuated, and even, totally eradicated. Translation: the memory remains, but it no longer triggers the same level of distress, allowing you to be able to recall your past without being disturbed by it, not even in the slightest.  Full stop.

​​What a Typical RRT Session Includes


​During an RRT session, you will experience a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions and experiences. The session involves a thorough assessment of your needs, guided relaxation to reduce the barriers of access to the subconscious mind, and techniques to reframe negative emotions and memories. Many clients experience significant relief and transformation in just one session.

  1. Discussion and Your Initial Assessment: This serves as both a consultation discussion, confirming your specific challenges, unique needs, and objectives, and also begins the RRT session.
  2. Engagement and Relaxation: Guiding you into a state of relaxation and awareness, enabling you access to your subconscious mind to achieve a receptive state.  From this perspective, we can work to reframe negative thought patterns and emotional responses, allowing you to release the emotional pain associated with past events.
  3. Identifying and Reframing: Using techniques like visualisation and storytelling to reframe negative emotions and memories.
  4. Positive Reinforcement: Integrating new, positive thought patterns and behaviors through affirmations and visualisations.
  5. Closure and Reinforcement: Summarising the session and providing affirmations for continued progress.
  6. Follow-Up and Support: Ensuring sustained change with follow-up sessions and ongoing support.

Follow-Up RRT Sessions

​Single Session and Follow-up Sessions Pricing:
  • The RRT session can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the issue being resolved: $250 USD (~ €220 EUR)​
  • Follow-up sessions can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes and should be scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after the first session to extend or expand upon the positive transformation you experienced; the first follow-up session: $200 USD (~ €175 EUR)​
  • Any additional follow-up sessions within two months of the first follow-up session: $175 USD (~ €150 EUR)

All sessions should held within three months of purchase and with gap of about three weeks between each one to make the most of the transformative experience.

​​What issues can RRT address?
RRT can treat a variety of emotional and psychological issues, and is exceptionally effective at quickly resolving trauma, anxiety, separation, fear, and grief — please refer to the more comprehensive list at the top of this page.

How many sessions will I need?
Most clients experience significant relief after just the first session, with most people opting for a few follow-up sessions to expand or reinforce the positive changes that they've realised.

For example, many problems, such as feelings of guilt, anger, fear, or isolated troubling experiences only require one, sometimes two sessions (the initial session and a follow-up session), in order to provide the desired relief and long-term freedom from mental suffering. For more complex issues, some of my clients find that having three or more sessions to be of greater value. We can discuss your specific situation during our consultation discussion.

Is this "hypnosis," will you be planting things into my head?
No. RRT has nothing to do with susceptibility or suggestibility. An RRT session may use some relaxation techniques and perhaps some guided visualisation intended to calm your mind and ease your body, nevertheless, you will be fully awake, aware, and in complete control at all times during our session.

What can I expect to experience during a session?
First, that very little will be expected of you; that the work to transform you is entirely mine to do, and so I will be doing most of the talking. Sessions will involve you telling me what has been troubling you recently and a discussion to completely reframe the relationship you have with your negative emotions and memories.

Clients often report being absorbed in our conversation and, by the end, are surprised to experience a complete transformation in how they feel and think so quickly, in just one session.

What can I expect to experience after a session?
Clients usually report feeling immediately and significantly lighter, calmer, and happier. They report feeling "completely free." That they are no longer able to experience the distress that had been causing them so much pain before their RRT session. They report a sense of immense well-being, freedom, and clarity.

What should I do to prepare for our session?
Nothing. There is nothing you need to do other than show up with a readiness to get past your pain. Other than that, RRT is effortless on your part, it's on me to effect change, that is to say that the success of the session rests entirely on my shoulders, not yours. That's precisely what makes RRT both different and special. For you, it's painless and effortless relief. I am used to skepticism, but I am also used to the post-session success from those who came to me as skeptics and doubters of this process.

More technically, what you will need is a stable internet connection, a functioning camera with audio, and somewhere to sit with good lighting. Please be in a quiet and private area where you will be undisturbed.


​How does RRT differ from traditional therapy?
RRT focuses on "rapid resolution" of your problems and does not require you to spend months or even years dredging up old, traumatic experiences, making it a much, much faster and much more comfortable process. With RRT, you will experience freedom quickly. It's a genuine road map toward rapidly elevating ease, contentment, and happiness back into your life, maybe even for the first time.

Will I have to re-live painful experiences in any way to benefit from RRT?
Unlike other trauma treatments, RRT is designed to be focused on the present and not on reliving your painful past. Rather than having to relive or even repeat your traumatic story, I will gently guide you through the healing process without having to surface old, painful experiences.

Who do you work with?
Most of my clients come from North America or Western Europe.  While they are mostly professionals (business owners, medical professionals, IT workers, academics, et cetera), I am dedicated to helping anyone interested in alleviating psychological pain from past experiences and achieving a clear, peaceful, and safe state of mind moving forward.
